Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to everyone who creates an account on this portal and to every club and tournament organiser who uses its tools. By ticking the agreement box when you sign up, register a club or create a tournament, you accept these Terms. If you register a child under 16, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate details when creating an account and keep your login secure. One person should have one account, and you are responsible for everything done with it. We may suspend accounts that are used to break the rules, mislead others or interfere with events.

2. Profile information and who can see it

• Your profile holds the details you entered when you registered, including your full profile and date of birth (DOB).
• Your club and the administrators of tournaments you enter can see your full profile, including your DOB, so they can manage teams, eligibility, safety and entries.
• Other members do not see your private details unless you share them.
• Under-16 players are registered and managed by a parent or guardian.

3. Photos and promotional use

By registering you agree that your profile photo, and photos taken at events you take part in, may be used by Revor Sports and participating clubs for promotional purposes — including the website, social media, newsletters and marketing material. If you would like a specific photo removed, contact us at privacy@revorsports.com and we will act on it promptly.

4. Clubs and tournaments — a free, complimentary tool

Revor Sports provides the platform "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, takes no liability for any damage, loss, injury or claim — whether direct or indirect — arising from the use of this tool or from any club or tournament, including anything caused by third parties, participants, venues or event organisers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Payments and memberships

Paid memberships (for example player membership) are processed by our payment provider and are covered by the details shown at checkout. Free account types and the club and tournament tools have no cost.

6. Acceptable use

• Only enter people who genuinely take part, and keep entry and result data truthful.
• Treat officials, volunteers and other members with respect; no harassment, abuse or discriminatory behaviour.
• Do not attempt to access other people's accounts, break the platform, or misuse personal information you can see as a club or official.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown above applies when you tick the agreement box, and updated versions will be published on this page. Where a change is significant we will highlight it at sign-in or by email.
